Angelica Panganiban (born Angelica Panganiban) is an Filipino American actor, TV host, comic and host. Panganiban (also referred to as the New Queen Of Drama) is believed in various media as one of the Philippines most experienced, versatile and knowledgeable actresses. The final result was that she came in second and was the youngest finalist on the show. Angelica Hale, then 4 years old, was taken very sick in 2012 because of the strep-pneumonia bacteria. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston was able to place her on ECMO assistance for lifesaving treatments. She suffered from numerous organ problems, including failing kidneys. It was her new normal to have the peritoneal, and later hemolysis. After spending 80 consecutive days in the hospital from death towards recovery, she returned home, but the course of her life changed forever. After nearly a year and half of dialysis Angelica was ready for the largest surgery she had ever undergone- her kidney transplant. Her mother was the sole one with the ability to give an organ. Angelica and mom had the surgery to remove their kidneys successfully on 13 September 2013. The surgery was performed at Emory University Hospital and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston, two hospitals that are located next to each other. Angelica Hale's ambition to be a superstar has never wavered.
