Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at the age of 16, when she gave up gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to finish her college education. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
